📦 Orders, Payments & Discounts

All transactions are final once processed, and payments must be made at checkout. Discount codes may be used under the following conditions:

  • One-time use per customer unless stated otherwise.
  • Cannot be resold, transferred, or exchanged.
  • Not valid on exchanges, returns, or previously placed orders.

Any misuse of discount codes may result in order cancellation or account suspension.

⏳ Order Processing & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours unless approved, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
  • Custom orders are final sale and cannot be refunded once production begins.

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Warranty

  • Refunds are available within 30 days if items are unused and in original packaging.
  • After 30 days, only exchanges or repairs will be considered under our 1-year warranty.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for:

❌ Sale items or gift cards
