Do your lightsabers come with a warranty?

Yes! All our lightsabers come with a 1-year warranty, covering manufacturer defects. Warrenty does not cover damage from misuse, duelling, or unauthorised modifications.

We accept Stripe and other secure online payment methods.

Can I cancel my order?

The customer can only cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order is processed and shipped, making cancellation unavailable.

Are your lightsabers suitable for duelling?

Our RGB Baselit sabers (Super-RGB and SNV4 Pro) are designed for medium to heavy duelling. However, Proffie 2.2 sabers, due to their advanced electronics, are not recommended for heavy combat.

What distinguishes RGB lightsabers from Neopixel models?

  • RGB Baselit Sabers (Super-RGB, SNV4 Pro): These blades are lit by an LED in the hilt. They are suitable for duelling and offer multiple colours and effects.
  • Neopixel Sabers (SNV4 Pro, Proffie 2.2): These use LED strips inside the blade, providing brighter colours and more dynamic effects, but they are not ideal for heavy duelling.

Can you explain SN Pixel and Xenopixel technologies?

We sell SNV4 Pro, which is an advanced Pixel saber that includes the following:

What is the Proffie 2.2 board?

  • Imported chips with open-source coding for full customisation

Proffie 2.2 is the most advanced saber option for collectors and those who love programming their effects.

Do the lightsabers include a blade?

All sabers come with a removable blade, handle, charger, and necessary tools.

How can I change sound fonts or blade effects?

  • Super-RGB & SNV4 Pro: Use the Bluetooth app or built-in button controls.
  • Proffie 2.2: Requires manual programming via an SD card or computer software.

Is it possible to use the lightsaber without sound?

Yes! All sabers have a mute mode, allowing you to turn off sound effects.

Can I add accessories to my lightsaber?

Yes, we offer additional blades, hilt accessories, and display stands.

What materials are the hilts and blades?

Our hilts are made from high-quality metal, while the blades are polycarbonate, built for durability.

How long does the battery last?

  • RGB Baselit Sabers: 3-4 hours on a full charge.
  • Neopixel Sabers (Proffie/SNV4 Pro): 2-3 hours depending on brightness and effects.
  • Charging time: 4-5 hours.

🔧 Lightsaber Care and Maintenance

How should I charge my lightsaber?

  1. Use the included charger.
  2. Do not overcharge—disconnect after 4-5 hours to prevent battery damage.
  3. Avoid fast chargers (phone chargers) as they may harm the battery.

My blade feels loose—how can I fix this?

If your blade becomes loose, follow these steps:

  1. Check the retention screws – Ensure they are tight using the included Allen wrench.
  2. Do NOT overtighten – Screws should be snug, but applying too much force can damage the hilt or blade.
  3. Securing a Neopixel Blade – Do NOT screw directly into the blade, as this could damage the internal LED strips. Instead:
    • Ensure the blade sits flush inside the hilt.
    • Gently tighten the retention screws around the blade, not through it.
    • Test the saber before final tightening—if it flickers, adjust the blade position slightly.

Following these steps will keep your blade secure while avoiding damage.
