Hyperspace Shipping & Delivery
Order Cancellations & Adjustments
If you need to cancel your order, you must request it within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing or dispatched. If your order has shipped, you must arrange a return at your own cost.
For orders not yet shipped, cancellations will incur a 15% fee to cover processing costs, transaction fees, and preparation expenses.
We aim to complete all lightsaber builds within 7-14 business days, but during periods of high demand, an additional 10 business days may be necessary.
Time-Sensitive & Urgent Orders
If you require a lightsaber for a specific date (e.g., a birthday, event, or competition), please contact us before placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates unless confirmed in advance.
If an urgent order is placed without prior notice, cancellations due to delayed delivery will still be subject to the 15% cancellation fee.
Shipping & Delivery
UK Orders
✅ Free standard shipping on all orders.
✅ Processing time: 7-14 business days before dispatch.
✅ Peak season may result in 10 extra days of processing time.
International Orders
✅ Free worldwide shipping included.
✅ Orders ship from our international workshop.
✅ Import duties and taxes are not included and must be handled by the customer.
Delivery Estimates:
- Most international orders arrive within 1-3 weeks.
- Customs clearance may impact the final delivery time.
Import Fees & Customs (Non-UK Orders)
- GalacticSabers does not collect VAT or import taxes for international orders.
- Customs regulations vary by country; please check your local import policies before purchasing.
- If customs clearance is delayed due to unpaid duties and the parcel is returned or disposed of, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
Lost, Stolen, or Unclaimed Parcels
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If a package is marked as lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping provider.
- A replacement may be issued within 30 days at our discretion.
- Refunds are not available for lost or stolen parcels.
Safe Location Requests
If you request your order be left in a “safe place,” GalacticSabers is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs once delivery is completed.
Uncollected Packages
- If a package is not collected after three delivery attempts, it will be returned to us.
- Customers will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
Chargeback Policy
Dissolving a charge for an order that has been delivered can take up to 90 days. During this period, we cannot issue replacements.
- If a chargeback claim is found in our favour, no refund or replacement will be issued.
- If a replacement lightsaber has already been sent, further product issues will be covered under our warranty policy, not return eligibility.
- Any fraudulent chargebacks will be subject to legal action and additional fees.
If a chargeback is filed and the lightsaber is not returned within five business days, we will escalate legal proceedings without further notice.
Promotional & Complimentary Items
A 1-month limited warranty covers any gifts or promotional items offered with an order.
- If returning an item, the gift must also be returned.
- Failure to return the gift may result in a charge for the item’s full value.
