At GalacticSabers, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy to understand your options and responsibilities.

🛡️ 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order. If you wish to initiate a return, please ensure:

✅ The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging and accessories.

✅ You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

✅ Returns are requested before sending any items back—unapproved returns will not be accepted.

To request a return, contact us before shipping your item back.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take quality control seriously, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect it immediately upon delivery and contact us.

To help resolve the issue quickly, provide:

  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Your order number

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.

🔒 Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

❌ Custom or personalised sabers and accessories

❌ Limited-edition or special-order items

❌ Sale or discounted items

❌ Gift cards or promotional items

If you are unsure about your item’s eligibility for a return, please get in touch with us before making your request.

⏳ Order Cancellations

We allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. If your request is made after this period, it will be subject to approval and may incur a 15% restocking fee.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

🔁 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or variation:

1️⃣ Request a return following our standard return process.

2️⃣ Once your return is approved and received, place a new order for the desired item.

This ensures faster processing and availability of your replacement.

💰 Refund Process

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow time for processing, as banks and credit card companies may take several days to complete the transaction.

Refunds are no longer available after 30 days from the original order date, but we do offer exchanges or repairs under our one-year warranty.
